Soon, the 19th World Wind Energy Conference 2021 will take place in virtual format. WWEC2021 is hosted from 24-26 November in collaboration with TERI India, endorsed by many international and Indian renewable energy organisations and WWEC2021 presents the main theme “Powering the World with Wind and Sun” – www.wwec2021.org
We have put together a great programme for you: More than 100 speakers from around the world will present latest developments in wind power and renewable energy, amongst them many WWEA members and partners. High-level representatives from governments, in particular from India, from international organisations, from industry, academia and civil society will be sharing their views and latest achievements.
WWEC2021 sessions are providing latest updates on wind power markets, wind turbine technology, investors’ talk, financial aspects, community ownership and engagement, grid integration, digitalisation, hydrogen and storage options, small wind, etc. Some of the sessions are held in collaboration with partners, e.g. the World Bank, the IRENA Coalition for Action, the REN Alliance, KFW or the Indian German Energy Forum.
